Hello!

Pelles C for Windows (and Pocket PC) v2.60 is now available for download.

This release is mostly about improving the IDE and fixing bugs. No work has
been done on the compiler. My plan is to work on it for the next release.

A list of changes between v2.50 and v2.60 can be found here:
<http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/changes_250_260.htm>

Pelles C is available in the following packages:

English Setup: <http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/setupeng.exe>
Swedish Setup: <http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/setupswe.exe>

English ZIP (no Setup): <http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/fulleng.zip>
Swedish ZIP (no Setup): <http://www.smorgasbordet.com/pellesc/fullswe.zip>

I have also added a new Forum for Pelles C, which can be found here:

I have asked you in a public message in this forum about the copyright statement that I missed from
your software
You did not answer, so it would be a great idea to fix that.

I repeat the message that I sent you below
----------------------------------------------------------
To Mr Pelles Onirius:

In the copyright statement of lcc 4.1 we can read:
<<
You may use parts of lcc in products as long as you charge for only
those components that are entirely your own and you acknowledge the use
of lcc clearly in all product documentation and distribution media. You
must state clearly that your product uses or is based on parts of lcc
and that lcc is available free of charge.
Searching for the keyword "lcc" in the docs of your "Pelles C" there is not a hint of lcc. The only
thing that we find there is:

Copyright (c) Pelles Onirius 1999-2003

In the same copyright file, that you must know of course, it is written:
<<
lcc is available free for your personal research and instructional use
under the `fair use' provisions of the copyright law. You may, however,
redistribute lcc in whole or in part provided you acknowledge its
source and include this CPYRIGHT file.
I miss this file in the distribution of "Pelles C for windows" compiler.
